Abstract

The export value of Bangka Belitung Province in October 2016 reached US $ 123.64 million, decreasing by 25.84 percent over the export value in September 2016, which reached US $ 166.74 million. This is due to a decline in exports nontimah by 31.01 percent to US $ 105.13 million. Nontimah while exports increased by 28.92 percent from US $ 14.36 million to US $ 18.52 million.
Tin is the largest export which contribute 85.24 per cent of the total exports of the Province of Bangka Belitung. The main objective of tin exports from January to October, 2016 was Singapore, which reached US $ 386.22 million or 50.59 percent of the total exports of tin, followed by the Netherlands US $ 89.16 million (11.68 per cent), India US $ 70.07 million (9, 18 percent), Taiwan US $ 55.37 million (7.25 percent) and Japan amounted to US $ 51.84 million (6.79 percent).
The main commodity largest contributor to exports nontimah Bangka Belitung Islands in January - October 2016 by code Harmonized System (HS) 2 digits is a group of oils or fats of animal and vegetable which is US $ 84.47 million contribute 63.90 percent to the total export nontimah, followed by groups of coffee, tea and spices US $ 32.25 million (24.20 percent); fish and shrimp US $ 4.75 million (3.59 percent); rubber and rubber goods from US $ 4.62 million (3.50). And the last is a wide range of chemical products US $ 3.69 million (2.79 percent).
