Abstract

Number of guests staying at the five-star hotel in Bangka Belitung Province in October 2016, there were 25 284 people. This number is up by 2.98 percent compared to the previous month the number of guests that as many as 24 553 people (Table 1). the increase in the number of guests occurs in both the domestic and foreign guests guests respectively of 709 votes (2.94 percent) and 22 votes (5.13 percent).
The room occupancy rate (TPK) star hotels in Bangka Belitung Province in October 2016 amounted to 42.04 percent (Table 2), a significant increase of 2.35 points compared to September 2016 the value of TPK amounting to 39.68 percent.
TPK highest five-star hotel by district / city in October 2016 was in Central Bangka regency (49.73 percent), followed Belitung (49.69 percent) and the City Pangkalpinang (40.31 percent), while only 18.61 TPK Bangka percent.
In October 2016, the average length of stay of the total at the five-star hotel for 1.75 days, an increase when compared to the previous month. During the month of October, the average length of stay (2.11 days) for longer than a day to 0.39 Indonesia (1.74 days).
