BPS Kabupaten Bangka in carrying out its main tasks is supported by professional and responsible employees. In addition to carrying out these responsibilities, employees spend a lot of time every day in the office, which is at least 8 hours. Therefore, the office is a home for all employees and the employees in it are a big family of BPS Regency Bangka. In July 2022, BPS Kabupaten Bangka held a farewell event for one of the big families of BPS Kabupaten Bangka, Nurul Fajria, because the employee had to fulfill a new mandate in a new place, namely at BPS Prov. North Maluku. The event was attended by all employees and partners of BPS Kab. Bangka. The event took place warmly and harmoniously, where all employees and partners could immediately give the impression of a message for employees who were about to move.
