BPS Regency conducted an Internalization of WBK/WBBM to all Bangka Regency BPS employees. The internalization activity was carried out in the PST BPS room of Bangka Regency. In the internalization activity, the Head of Bangka Regency BPS emphasized that the involvement of all employees is needed to achieve WBK/WBBM in the Bangka Regency BPS Satker. Where, each employee has their own role in supporting these activities.

In carrying out its duties and responsibilities, BPS Kabupaten Bangka has implemented 6 pillars of RB in their daily life. What needs to be done now is to properly document each of the activities carried out.

With this activity, it is hoped that all employees will better understand the importance of carrying out all activities in accordance with the 6 pillars of RB and can document all activities carried out. In the end, the Head of Bangka Regency BPS also conveyed the Growth Mindset to all employees, so that every day is always better than yesterday.
