Bureaucratic reform is currently the basis for ASN in acting and behaving. Bureaucratic Reform requires employees who are constantly growing towards positive changes. For example, by improving performance and competence in carrying out their daily duties and responsibilities.

BPS Kabupaten Bangka always supports positive changes for all employees by providing coaching, directing, sharing knowledge as well as providing rewards for outstanding employees and punishment for employees who violate the rules.

During the SPLF 2020 evaluation activity, the Bangka Regency BPS gave awards to the best partners who had carried out their duties in the field with full responsibility, namely Mustam, Sutiana, Melan, Anisa, Randhy Eros Fernandes, Perli Darmayanti and to the best employee in the first quarter of 2022, Sisca Safutri Dalimunthe, the best employee in the second quarter of 2022 is Ratna Layrani Prayoga and the 2 employees who won the highest PNS Professionality Index/IP with a score of 95, namely Rido Divine and Santy Fajaria.

By giving this award, it is hoped that the partners in charge will always be motivated to be the best in the field and employees will always strive to be better from day to day so that bureaucratic reform can be carried out properly by BPS Kabupaten Bangka.
