Analysis of Data Need Survey Result of Bangka Regency 2023

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. The SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents in the 2023 SKD are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistical Services (PST) unit by face to face or coming directly to the BPS PST unit as well as without face to face either by telephone, fax, e-mail, letter. , websites, or online statistical services. In general, the aim of implementing SKD 2023 is to obtain evaluation material from consumers to support improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of the 2023 SKD are presented in the form of a publication containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is completed in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK). The scope of analysis of the 2023 SKD results is PST BPS Bangka Regency.
