Analysis of Data Need Survey Result of Bangka Regency 2022

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BP-Statistics to identify statistical data and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. Dana Need Survey has been implemented since 2005. Respondents in the Data Needs Survey 2022 are consumers who receive services from the Integrated Statistical Service (PST) BPS-Statistic unit face-to-face or come directly to the BPS PST unit and without face-to-face either by telephone, fax, e-mail, letter , websites, and online statistical services. In general, the purpose of implementing the Data Need Survey 2022 is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers to support improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of the Data Need Survey 2022 are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is completed in the form of the Consumer Index (IKK). The scope of the analysis of the results of the Data Need Survey 2021 is the PST BPS-Statistics of Bangka. The results of the analysis show that consumers of services at BPS Bangka Regency are described by Consumer Index. The Consumer IndexBPS-Statistic score of Bangka Regency is 94,76.
