Abstract

The Economy of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in 2020 as measured by Regional Gross Domestic Product (PDRB) based on current price (ADHB) reached IDR 75,53 trillion and Regional Gross Domestic Product (PDRB) based on constant price reached IDR 52,70 trillion. Meanwhile, Regional Gross Domestic Product (PDRB) per capita of Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in 2020 reached IDR 49,77 million.

The economy of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in 2020 contracted by 2,30%, declining compared to that in 2019, with 3,32% growth.

The economy of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in the fourth quarter of 2020, compared to the same period in 2019 (y-on-y), is contracted by 1,04%.

The economy of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in the fourth quarter of 2020, compared to the previous quarter (q-on-q), increased by 2,57%.

The Covid-19 pandemic gave a massive impact on Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province's economy. It was shown by the large number of contracted busines fields in 2020.

Economic growth in Sumatera Island in 2020 is contracted by 1,19%, declining compared to that in 2019, with 4,55% growth.
