Abstract

The number of inter-island sea transport passengers departing from the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in December 2021 was recorded at 26.26 thousand people, an increase of 3.10 percent compared to the previous month. When compared to the same period last year (January-December 2020), the flow of departing passengers increased by 23.81 percent.
The number of inter-island sea transport passengers arriving in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in December 2021 was recorded at 33.76 thousand people. The number rose 1.39 percent over the previous month. When compared to the same period last year (January-December 2020), the flow of incoming passengers increased 49.86 percent.
The volume of goods loaded at the port in December 2021 was 761.66 thousand tons, an increase of 7.27 percent compared to the previous month which reached 710.05 thousand tons.
The volume of goods unloaded during December 2021 was 282.38 thousand tons, a decrease of 45.20 percent compared to the previous month which was 194.47 thousand tons.
The number of air transport passengers departing from the Bangka Belitung Islands in December 2021 was recorded at 65.46 thousand people, an increase of 19.38 percent compared to the previous month.
The number of passengers who came to the Bangka Belitung Islands using air transportation in December 2021 was 65.56 thousand people, an increase of 20.93 percent compared to the previous month.
