Abstract

The number of guests staying at star hotels in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands in September 2021 was recorded at 27,510 people. This number increased by 48.26 percent compared to the number of guests the previous month which reached 18,555 people. The number of domestic guests increased by 48.37 percent but the number of foreign guests actually decreased by 32.00 percent.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands in September 2021 reached an average of 23.45 percent, an increase of 7.62 points compared to the TPK in August 2021 which was recorded at 15.83 percent.
The highest ROR for star hotels by district/city in September 2021 was in Pangkalpinang City at 35.63 percent, followed by Central Bangka Regency (29.99 percent), Belitung Island (17.86 percent), and Bangka (12.90 percent). .
In September 2021, the average length of stay of all guests at star hotels was 1.60 days, a decrease of 0.12 days compared to the previous month.
