Abstract

  • The Export Value of the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands in August 2021 is US$324.25 million
  • The Import Value of the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands in August 2021 is USS18.58 million
  • The export value of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in August 2021 was worth US$324.25 million, an increase of 140.12 percent compared to the export value of August 2020.
  • The export value of tin rose 155.78 percent, and non-tin rose 68.46 percent (y-on-y).
  • Compared to the previous month (m-to-m), the value of exports rose 52.90 percent. Tin exports rose 61.20 percent and non-tin exports rose 12.66 percent.
  • During January-August 2021, Singapore absorbed 16.32 percent (US$213.73 million) of tin exports, while Malaysia absorbed 25.39 percent (US$61.45 million) of non-tin exports.
  • The export value of animal/vegetable fats and oils (HS 15) in January-August 2021 dominated at US$178.26 million or 73.64 percent of the total non-tin exports of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province.
