Abstract

• The number of guests staying at star hotels in Bangka Belitung Islands Province in October 2020 was 22,427 people. This number increased by 23.02 percent compared to the number of guests in the previous month of 18,231 people. The number of domestic guests rose 22.69 percent, and the number of foreign guests increased by 309.52 percent.

• Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star-classified hotels in Bangka Belitung Islands Province in October 2020 reached an average of 24.63 percent, up 4.37 points compared to the ROR for September 2020 which was recorded at 20.26 percent.

• The ROR for star-rated hotels by regencies / cities in October 2020 was in Pangkalpinang City at 29.30 percent, followed by P. Belitung (25.78 percent), Central Bangka Regency (21.95 percent), and Bangka Regency (11.91 percent) percent).

• In October 2020, the overall average length of stay of guests at star rating hotels was 2.09 days, an increase of 0.08 days compared to the previous month.
