Abstract

The Index of Consumer Tendency (ITK) of Bangka Belitung Islands in Quarter III-2017 was 103.6. This means, in quarter III-2017 economic conditions according to consumer perceptions increased compared to the second quarter-2017.
The increasing of consumer economic condition in quarter III-2017 was influenced by the three variables, namely consumption volume index (103.82), inflation effect index to consumption level (107.32), and consumer income index (101,52).
The value of ITK of Bangka Belitung Islands in Quarter IV-2017 is estimated at 98.07. Economic conditions according to consumer perceptions are expected to decline.
Despite pessimism with the upcoming economic conditions of the quarter, consumers remain optimistic if their earnings will increase. Upcoming earnings index is estimated at 105.37. Nevertheless, consumers have not planned to purchase goods durable, recreation or organize a party / celebration. The index value of purchase plan of durable goods, recreation and party / celebration touching index below 100 is 85.29
