Exports from Babel in September 2017 reached US$ 166.6 million

Abstract

The export value of Bangka Belitung Islands Province September 2017 reached US $ 166.6 million, down 8.41 percent compared to the export value of September 2016.

The value of tin exports dropped 10.93 percent, while nontimah rose 4.61 percent (y-on-y). Compared to the previous month (m-to-m), the value of exports increased by 17.25 percent, with the details of tin exports increasing by 14.24 percent and the total of 32.56 percent.

Cumulatively, the export value of Bangka Belitung Islands Province from January to September 2017 reached US $ 1,275.6 million. The role of tin reached 77.45 percent.

Singapore absorbs 31.79 percent (US $ 314.1 million) of tin exports, while Australia absorbs 19.73 percent (US $ 56.8 million) of non-commercial exports.

The value of mineral fuel exports (HS 27) in January-September 2017 amounted to US $ 135.6 million or 47.14 percent of total exports of the province of Bangka Belitung Province.
