#Hello SahabatData
Thursday, September 8, 2022
The government through the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas carries out a strategy to organize poverty reduction programs where one of the strategies is data transformation towards Social Economic Registration (Regsosek) through data improvement and development of an integrated socio-economic data collection system with coverage of 100 percent of the Indonesian population.
Regsosek is a system and database of the entire population consisting of profiles of social, economic and welfare conditions that are linked to population master data and other databases up to the village/kelurahan level. The initial Regsosek data collection has been entrusted to BPS to be carried out in 2022. The resulting Regsosek data can later be used as reference data for the integration of social protection programs and also economic empowerment in the governance of One Data Indonesia.
Support from all sub-districts throughout Bangka Regency in the successful implementation of Regsosek is highly expected. The Head of BPS Bangka Regency coordinates and consolidates with all Camats throughout Bangka Regency in order to make the Regsosek field activities to be carried out simultaneously throughout Indonesia on October 15 – November 14, 2022.
The flow of the Regsosek field data collection is as follows:
Regsosek officers ask permission from the Chair/Management of SLS and identify the area;
SLS Chair/Management initial identification of family welfare status;
Regsosek officers conducted interviews and geotagging the locations of poor and very poor families, which were accompanied by photos of the houses.
Supervisors supervise data collection activities and check the completeness of documents;
The Regsosek Coordinator oversees data collection activities and submits the data collection results to the Bangka Regency BPS.
Information collected includes: demographic socioeconomic conditions; housing conditions and clean water sanitation; asset ownership; condition of vulnerability of special population groups; geospatial information; prosperity level; and other socioeconomic information.
The results of the Regsosek will be updated independently at least once a year through the Digital Monograph of the Village/Kelurahan so that it is necessary to strengthen the institution of the regional Regsosek task force as well as the monitoring and evaluation quality control mechanism.

The Bangka Regency BPS requested support from the Bangka Regency Government as well as from all Camats, Village Heads/Lurah to participate in socializing the implementation of Regsosek to all Environmental Heads/Dusun Heads/RT Heads in their respective regions for the success of Regsosek implementation.
