Evaluation of the Implementation of the 2020 Population Census Continued in Bangka Regency

The 2020 Advanced Population Census which was conducted in May-June 2022 has been well implemented in Bangka Regency. Officers carry out data collection seriously, so that data collection can be completed at the specified time.

Data collection conducted using the CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) mode at this time is a mode shift from the previous one using PAPI (Pencil and Paper Interviewing). During the transition period, BPS Kabupaten Bangka needs to evaluate the results of data collection that has been carried out.

The evaluation activity was carried out on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, which was opened by the Coordinator of the IPDS Function BPS Prov. Kep. Babel Mr. Bambang and attended by the Head of Dukcapil Mr. Rachmat, Head of Bangka Regency BPS Mrs. Dewi Savitri and Head of Statistics Dinkominfotik Kab. Bangka Mr. Agus ZUlfan, SKF Social Statistics BPS Prov.Kep. Babel, SKF IPDS Prov. Kep Babel and all SPLF 2020 data collection officers in Bangka Regency. In the evaluation activity, Mr. Rachmat conveyed about the development of births and deaths that occurred at the Bangka Regency BPS, KF Stat. Social BPS Kab. Bangka and SKF Stat. Social BPS Prov. Kep. Babel conveyed the evaluation that needed to be done on the data collection that had been carried out.

By carrying out this evaluation, it is hoped that the data obtained will be of good quality and useful for the population statistics of Bangka Regency in particular and the state of Indonesia.
