Prime Service of BPS-Statistics Bangka Welcoming the Work Visit from DPRD Bangka Belitung Province

Bangka Regency BPS received a working visit from the DPRD, the special team for the regional regulation on population and the Bappeda of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. There were 16 DPRD members who came, 4 people from Bappeda, 4 people from the Legal Bureau.

The event started with remarks by the Head of BPS Kab. Bangka, Dewi Savitri's mother, was then greeted by Mr. Dody. Then continued with a presentation by the Head of BPS for Bangka Regency, Mrs. Dewi Savitri explaining about social indicators, and the main focus of the rate of early marriage in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands.

After the presentation, it was followed by a question and answer session. Interestingly, the council members were very enthusiastic and asked several questions about the age of young marriage in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands.

This visit is the second time for Bangka Regency BPS. Hopefully the discussion in this official visit can be useful for all of us.
