The Central Bureau of Statistics of Bangka Regency has an Integrated Service Center that serves the needs of data consumers. In 2021, BPS Kabupaten Bangka will conduct a Data Needs Survey (SKD) to obtain an overview of consumer satisfaction with the services provided by BPS Kabupaten Bangka. From the survey results, it was found that the Consumer Satisfaction Index for Services was 94.73 and the Consumer Satisfaction Index for Data Quality was 91.89 which illustrates the high level of consumer satisfaction with services and the quality of data from the BPS Regency of Bangka.

The anti-corruption perception of 98.03% illustrates the commitment of BPS Regency of Bangka to avoid corruption in providing services. Hopefully, Bangka Regency BPS can continue to improve data quality and service quality in meeting the needs of data consumers.
