Hello #SahabatData

In order to achieve good governance, clean and free from corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN), bureaucratic reform is carried out. The development of the Integrity Zone (ZI) is considered a role model for Bureaucratic Reform in upholding integrity and quality services. Thus the development of ZI becomes an important aspect in terms of preventing corruption in the government. To realize the Bangka Regency BPS as a Corruption-Free Regional Working Unit (WBK), various innovations have been carried out by the Bangka Regency BPS, one of which is through the Writing Culture.

This Writing Culture is one of the innovations in the Pillars of Change Management. Every employee at BPS Kabupaten Bangka can develop themselves to communicate the resulting statistical data to the public through Opinion Writing in the Mass Media with journalistic language that is easy to understand and can provide policy input for the Government. Various kinds of opinion writings from Bangka Regency BPS employees written by Mr. Ridho Ilahi, Mrs. Gestari, and Mrs. Fetia Nursih Widiastuti were successfully published in local newspapers such as Bangka Pos and Babel Pos. In addition, one of the Bangka Regency BPS employees, Mr. Ridho Ilahi, won the "Best Presenter" predicate in the 2021 Official Statistics National Seminar on September 25, 2021 with a paper entitled "The Spatial Autoregressive Model of Unemployment in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province".
