The ceremony began at 07.45 WIB at BPS Field Office of Bangka Regency, as the supervisor of BPS Head of Bangka Regency, Ahmad Thamrin and the leader of KSK ceremony of Bakam Sub-district, Mr. Suratno. The ceremony can be performed with solemnity, with a message from the speech of the minister of youth and sports minister who reminded how great the spirit of unity of youth and young women when gathered to carry out the pledge of youth oath despite different tribes, races and religions.
